BRAND AMBASSADOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Thank you for considering our brand ambassador program. It is challenging to know every one of our ambassadors personally. Therefore, we've created these terms to set everybody's expectations.
On this website, "we", "our", "us", or "Company" refers to Dilora and "Services" refers to the products that Dilora creates.
If we make any changes in these terms in the future, we will update you through an email.
We advise you to read this entire document before becoming a brand ambassador of the Company.
Eligibility
To become an ambassador of our Company, you must:
- be 18 years or above
- have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
- in a good standing with FTC (Federal Trade Commission)
- own social media accounts
Engagement
As a brand ambassador of our Company, you agree to:
- Share, create and post the content that promotes Dilora products
- Increase sales of the Company by promoting your unique promo code
- When required, collaborate with other Dilora ambassadors
Restrictions
As a brand ambassador of DILORA, you agree not to:
- Make any representations, warranties, or any guarantees on Company's behalf other than provided by us in the marketing material.
- Promote or spam the Company in ways that violate laws.
- Promote the Company in any violent, political, discriminatory, unlawful, sexually explicit, threatening, illegal, or otherwise objectionable content.
- Confuse the customer by using the Company's brand images or show likeness on your website.
- Use your promotional codes to run any paid advertising
- Indulge in any fraudulent activity that would affect social media metrics such as likes, follows, shares, views, etc.
- Use more than one promo code or create multiple ambassador accounts.
- Modify or misinterpret the price of the Company's products
DILORA reserves the right to modify or request the removal of any Ambassador content at its sole discretion.
Disclosure
- The Ambassador must agree to reveal the material connection between them and the Company.
- The Ambassador must disclose this relationship by using hashtags such as "#sponsored" or "#ad."
- The disclosure should follow all guidelines by the FTC (Federal Trade Commission)
Compensation
- The Ambassador will get 10% of every sale generated through their promo code.
- The Company can change this percentage at any time.
- The Ambassador is entirely responsible for all tax obligations
Intellectual Property Rights
Ambassador content:
The Company should be granted an irrevocable, sub-licensable, non-exclusive license of the Ambassador's content to promote Company's service. This includes but is not limited to advertising, social media, publications, marketing material, or any other form of media.
The company content:
The Company grants the Ambassador a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to use the Company's logo, slogans, name, promo codes, likeness, or other advertising material merely for this agreement. Dilora retains all rights to its content.
Termination
The Company may conclude the relationship with the Ambassador for any reason with or without cause. The Ambassador should provide written notice before 30-days before terminating the relationship with the Company.
Non-Compete
The Ambassador may not promote or advertise competing products while an ambassador of the Company. Ambassadors can use and talk about other brands but are not allowed to have a discount code with another brand that competes with Dilora.
Liability Limitations
The Ambassador must agree and understand that the Company shall not be responsible to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, or other damages that may include damages for loss of profit, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from this Ambassador program.
