In these Terms of Service, “We” means DILORA.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All the prices are quoted in Australian Dollars, but for international orders, they will be converted by your credit card provider or payment provider into your local currency.

ORDERING

  1. You can place your order through our website using the shopping cart.
  2. We believe in speedy services. We try to process the orders on the same day and ship within 1 to 2 days. Sometimes there’s a delay in dispatch time due to circumstances out of our control. The customers are notified in case of significant delays (over five days)
  3. You can order as many or as few items as you wish. However, you can save high postage costs in bulk orders. 
  4. Suppose any item is left accidentally by us in a consignment delivered to you. We will be responsible for shipping it to you as soon as possible and at our own cost.

PAYMENT

  1. All the orders need to be paid for before shipping.
  2. We accept Stripe, Apple pay, Google pay, PayPal

SHIPPING

  1. For Australian customers, we use Australian Post for regular and express shipping. Although there are some situations where we use alternative postal carriers (Courier Please and Fastway) when they can deliver faster and better value service
  2. We try to combine postage services to help you save a lot of money as most carriers charge a fixed rate depending on the parcel’s weight. The parcel typically arrives within a few days to a week when we use regular post packages. There may be delays in peak periods. In the case of Express shipping to the metro location, the parcel reaches the destination the next business day; however, there may be delays, and it may take 2 to 3 business days. A tracking number is provided with the order so that customer can track their shipments online
  3. Order up to 500gm for international customers can be shipped by standard airmail for a $19.99 flat rate
  4. For orders over AUD$50, we provide free shipping

TAXES

All orders placed are inclusive of 10% GST for Australian domestic customers. 

CANCELLATIONS

    1. You can cancel your order at no charge within an hour of ordering by contacting us through email or phone. After an hour of the order placement, we can not guarantee order cancellation as we dispatch our orders promptly. After an hour, we can not remove the order from the system before leaving our warehouse. 
    1. Customer will be responsible for the total amount and the shipping charges of the order in case of order cancellation after it has been dispatche

RETURNS

Our refund policy allows you to refund or exchange the product within ten days. After ten days, our team won’t entertain your refund or exchange requests.

The item you wish to return or exchange must be in the original packaging and in perfect condition. Moreover, it must be in the original shape and not used.

WARNING

  1. We only use organic and natural ingredients; however, we can not guarantee that they will be suitable for you. In case of adverse reactions from products, DILORA will not be responsible. The two conditions of purchase from us are: 
  2. You must read the ingredients listed on our website for each product and make sure that there is no medical reason to avoid using that product.
  3. Run a patch test for each product before applying it

DISCLAIMER

  1. Individuals reading any information on our website must use their judgement in determining whether a particular product is appropriate for their use 
  2. We provide no warranties regarding the fitness of our products other than as clearly directed by us
  3. Exposure to cosmetic products can have an adverse reaction on people. DILORA disclaims all the responsibility for any damage caused by any personal injury by exposure to an ingredient in a cosmetic product that you were aware could cause you allergy, dermatitis, harm or otherwise.
